From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Hiring skis and poles was an absolute breeze. They made sure everything was the perfect fit, offered great advice, and had me ready for the mountain in no time.

Hands down one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The team we're amazing - super helpful, responsive, and genuinely easy to talk to.

Great experience at Niseko WOW. The team were knowledgeable, professional, and took real care with the boot fitting rather than rushing it.
Boots were comfortable all day and genuinely improved my skiing.
Highly recommend if you want proper service and properly fitted boots.
